The Benefits Of Meditation

The benefits of meditation are manifold. You probably already know this. Meditation makes you think more clearly, makes you less likely to be swept away by emotions you don’t want to experience, makes you better able to listen to others and respond to them, makes you more attractive to people you want to attract (well, I hope so at least), and finally gives you more peace.
